To register for Excursion Tours, please complete the registration form provided separately at http://www.nano2018.org/prog_excursion.php and send it back to our appointed Travel Agency at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment of registration fees (in Hong Kong dollars) can be made by Credit Card through our Online Payment Gateway. Visa, MasterCard or UnionPay are applicable.
If you have problems completing the payment online, please print screen the page where you have encountered errors and send it to our Conference Secretariat at email@example.com. Please also attach a copy of confirmation email of successful registration and state "Payment Error" and the Registration Acknowledgement Number at the subject.
If for some unforeseeable reason(s), the registered delegate is unable to attend the conference and wish to be replaced by another person from the same organization or company, please contact conference secretariat on or before 15 May 2018(Friday) at 23:59 (HK Time). Transfer is subject to a confirmation from the organizer.
*Please state "Cancellation" or "Name Transfer" and the Payment Ref. No. at the subject of emails sent to our Conference Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org
*Copy of confirmation emails of successful registration and payment have to be presented when a cancellation or name transfer request is made. Copy of identity card or passport may also be required.
